It was about six weeks or so after my major close encounter on the 405 freeway in L.A.
I was living in Topanga Canyon, an amazing 12,000 acre state park just outside of L.A. in the Santa Monica Mountains – an ideal place for someone like me who loves trees and who was looking for a slower pace of life away from the hustle and bustle of L.A. I am a country girl at heart. It is still one of my favorite places in the world and it will always hold something very special to me.
On this particular night we were going to visit a new friend called Seth who lived up in the hills in the middle of the canyon. His place was one of many cabins set into the hills with peacocks roaming all over the place.
It was early one warm evening and his front door was part open as it was a stable door. I recall walking into his cosy sitting room and walking over to his bookshelves to browse his books. My eyes fell on a book called “Bringers of the Dawn – Teachings from the Pleidians” By Barbara Marciniak. I took it off the shelf and thought, “why do I know this?”. I then asked Seth to say the word to me correctly. “Pleidians” he said. “That books for you… please have it”. I now know why I knew the word as I had bought “Light Years” by Billy Meier when I was eighteen and he spoke of these same beings. Also one of the crafts he photographed was very similar to my 405 freeway close encounter .
Seth played his guitar . I was sitting on the couch when I suddenly felt very strange. I just looked around me but nothing seemed out of place except for what I could hear in my ears! I could hear tones building, starting at a medium frequency before getting to a high pitched tone – almost like a dog whistle. The tones carried a vibration and with that a T.V. type screen was placed in my mind showing me what I can only describe as a heart monitor screen. This screen was showing the tones that I could hear and when the tones changed so did the image on the screen in my mind. The lines were changing from fat to thin and back and the tones were getting stronger and stronger. I felt as if my head couldn’t take anymore. I stood up and shouted “shut up!”, very loudly. Both of the guys just stared at me. I think the look on my face told them I meant business. “Whats up?”, Seth said. “Can you hear it?”, I asked. It was very hard for me to be talking at the same time. I felt a huge pressure of something, but I’m not sure what it was. “Can you not hear it?”, I kept saying, needing affirmation of some kind. Seth looked at me calmly and said, “you know what you can do… go outside”. I knew what he meant as he said … I knew I could hear a UFO!
I moved over towards the front door very slowly thinking that if I went outside I would be underneath a UFO that was waiting for me. I moved closer and then thought “NO WAY!… this is not good… I’m not going out side for this to happen”. I moved back into the sitting room very quickly and began shaking at the thought. I sat back down still with the tones in my head but the screen in my head had gone. I knew the tones were linked to my encounter on the 405 freeway. I knew it was the same UFO outside. The tones and the UFO were the same thing.
Topanga was known by a few (but not me at the time) for being a UFO hotspot in 1993.
